Notice : Private Equity Sale
1. Lehmann Brothers has received instructions from Custom Nutrition Technologies (Pty) Ltd that they intend to sell equity in the company.
2. The Equity percentage is 20% (Twenty Percent), including a non executive seat on the board of directors.
3. The Asking price is USD 100,000.00
4. Custom Nutrition Technologies (Pty) Ltd is a registered company incorporated in the Republic of South Africa, Reg No. 2003/004461/07 and trades in the Medical and Nutritional markets.
5. The Equity sale can be broken down in 5% (Five Percent) Blocks for USD 25,000.00 with no board seat, should suficient interest exist.
6. The Current board has resolved to pay an anual dividend equal or more than an APY of 7% for the investment capital amount for a non board seat, or 20% of profits generated for a board seat.
7. A 1% (One Percent) comission is payable to Lehmann Brothers South Africa CC by the buyer of the equity on completion of the transaction, and is not included in the purchase amount.
8. Audited and non audited financial statements are available to interested parties after signing of a Non Disclosure agreement.

10. Lehmann Brothers will consider taking up a 5% equity stake on behalf of smaler investors, offering a buy back guarantee on invested amount after 1 year, and offer a return equal or greater than an APY of 6% (Six Percent)
11. Custom Nutrition Technologies (Pty) Ltd will not deal direct in this sale with any interested party with the exclusion of USN (Ultimate Sports Nutrition).
