Lehmann Brothers cc sucessfully negotiated the purchase of http://sms.iseek.co.za (The Free SMS service) that belonged to I Seek Media UK Ltd. Lehmann Brothers will rebrand the technology under it's simple brand consisting of a group of portal sites. The service will now be known as simpleSMS and will remain free for members to send text messages to almost any mobile phone in the world.
